This retreat is for intermediate and advanced practitioners with intensive retreat experience and is limited to 20 people.
The teachings are from Har-Prakash’s comprehensive Cultivating the Jewel of Mindfulness Practitioner Training Program, which integrates Shinzen Young's mindfulness system within a psychological-relational framework. While familiarity with Shinzen’s teachings is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite for participation.Â
“Har-Prakash, I have taught you what I have to teach. You know the system well. You are a world teacher. Decide how you want to teach the world. You can use some, all, or none of what you have learned from me.”
~ Shinzen
