For meditators who want to deepen and integrate psycho-spiritual growth in all aspects of their lives.
The teachings are from Har-Prakash’s Cultivating the Jewel of Mindfulness Practitioner Training Program. This systematic and comprehensive curriculum draws on the best of Shinzen Young’s mindfulness system, along with psychological and relational teachings.
While being familiar with Shinzen’s teachings is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite for participation.
The course will be conducted via Zoom over 18 sessions, taking place twice a week from February 3 to April 3, 2026 (on Tuesdays and Fridays), 7 PM to 9 PM ET.
Each cohort is limited to 12 participants to ensure that each individual receives more personalised attention than is possible in larger groups.
